LEGAL DISCLAIMER
True Mark Notary Group LLC is a notary service and is not a law firm. Our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and are not authorized to provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
Notarial services are limited to performing lawful notarial acts authorized under Texas law. True Mark Notary Group does not provide legal advice, draft or prepare legal documents, interpret legal documents, determine which legal documents a client should use, or advise clients regarding their legal rights, obligations, or the legal consequences of signing a document.
A notary may not select or recommend the appropriate legal document or notarial certificate for a client. Clients are responsible for determining what documents they need and for ensuring that their documents are properly prepared and complete before the notarization. If you have questions regarding the meaning, contents, validity, enforceability, or legal effect of a document, you should consult a qualified attorney or other appropriate legal professional before signing.
Notarization does not constitute legal advice, legal review, approval, or verification of the contents of a document. A notary generally verifies the identity of the signer, witnesses the signing when required, administers oaths or affirmations when applicable, and completes the appropriate notarial certificate in accordance with Texas law.
True Mark Notary Group does not guarantee that a notarized document will be accepted by a court, governmental agency, title company, financial institution, foreign government, or any other organization. Acceptance of a notarized document is determined by the receiving party and applicable law.
Nothing contained on this website, in our communications, or in connection with our notarial services should be construed as legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.
If you require legal advice or assistance determining how a document should be prepared, completed, or used, please consult a licensed attorney.
